Tags must be attached. Must be accompanied with original receipt, gift receipt, or customer must be able to provide accurate name of who purchased the gift so that we may find it in our records! If the item cannot be found in our records by any of those things, we cannot issue an exchange or store credit.


*Shipped returns postmarked within 21 days of date received or date purchased are eligible for store credit only.  Merchandise MUST HAVE TAGS STILL ATTACHED, be unworn, unwashed, scent free (no perfume, no smoke, etc) stain free (no deodorant or makeup etc).

*Clearance items and items from promotional sales are FINAL SALE. The following items are considered FINAL SALE: jewelry, cups, scarves, cosmetics, swimwear, eyewear, bodysuits/bralettes, gift cards, hats, and items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 30% off or more.

*Damages must be reported prior to wearing the item and must be reported within 3 days of receiving it. If your merchandise was defective and is the fault of manufacturer, we will gladly give you a full refund. Always give us a call to see what we can do for you!

*Gift cards are not returnable and nonrefundable.

*Please do not attempt to ship anything back that does not meet our exchange policy requirements. ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REFUSED. YOU WILL NOT BE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT.


*Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns/exchanges. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING A SHIPPING METHOD WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please understand we are a small business and in an effort to keep our prices low we cannot issue shipping credits on returns at this time. HOWEVER, if you receive defective or incorrect merchandise please contact us to receive a free return label.

*YOUR RETURN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A FILLED-OUT RETURN FORM.  Please be sure to include correct email address and phone number along with your name and order number.

*After we have received your return you will be issued a store credit code to redeem via email.  Once your package has been delivered to us, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be fully processed. Once it is processed you will receive a confirmation email with your gift card code.

*If you wish to exchange item for different size please include that information on this form. We cannot guarantee the item will still be in stock. You may have to choose a different item or use your store credit for a future purchase. Once it is processed you will receive a tracking number per your form's request or item availability.
